QNS.) HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

ANS.) Your online order can be returned within 30 days of the purchase. For returns, be sure to follow these instructions:

  • Contact us through our email address secretfresh.com@gmail.com 
  • Provide our representative with the details of your package and reason for your returns.
  • Our representative may ask you to send a photo of the delivered package to our email address for verification purposes.
  • Our representative will give you instructions on how to return your order

 

QNS.) WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING MY PRODUCTS?

Your online order can be returned within 30 days of the purchase.

In order for a product to be accepted as a return, the following must be met:

  • The product must be unused/unworn.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
  • Apparel must have the original packaging and original tags attached.
  • Footwear must be in the original shoe box with original tags attached.

 

QNS.) CAN I GET A REFUND/ WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?

ANS.) Yes, you may get a refund. Refunds are only processed once your return has been inspected by our quality assurance team and has met the conditions of our returns policy.

Once the return has been approved, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks to your payment service provider (example PayPal).

 

 

QNS.) IF I AVAIL FOR A REFUND, WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR MY DELIVERY COST WHEN I RETURN MY ORDER?
